Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou epilepsie a jejím vlivem na těhotenství. První kapitola je zaměřena obecně na epilepsii a výskyt epilepsie v populaci. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vztahem epilepsie a těhotenství a ovlivněním menstruací a plodnosti při epilepsii. Popisuje teratogenní účinky a vliv antiepileptik na plod a zaměřuje se na vliv epilepsie při porodu a šestinedělí. Třetí, závěrečná kapitola předkládá poznatky v péči o ženu s epilepsií - jakou péči poskytuje ženě porodní asistentka, jaká je vhodná dieta pro osoby s epilepsií a na která místa se mohou ženy s epilepsií v ČR obrátit.Bachelor's thesis deals with epilepsy's impact on pregnancy. The first chapter focuses on epilepsy in general and its occurrence in population. The second chapter deals with epilepsy's impact on pregnancy, menstruation, and fertility. It describes teratogenic effect and impact of antiepileptic drugs on the fetus, and also focuses on the impact of epilepsy on childbirth and the postpartum period. The third chapter presents findings in the care of women with epilepsy - what care is provided to a woman by midwife, what is the appropriate diet for people with epilepsy and where in the Czech Republic can women with epilepsy seek help.
