Tématem a hlavním cílem diplomové práce je návrh metodiky výuky předmětu Rekondice a regenerace se zaměřením na tematický celek Kompenzační a relaxační cvičení s využitím principů zážitkové pedagogiky. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje charakteristiku daného předmětu, tematického celku a oboru, ve kterém je předmět vyučován. Dále je definována vzdělávací a výchovná metoda zážitkové pedagogiky, její teoretická východiska a podstata pedagogického přístupu. Dílčími cíli práce je analýza učebních osnov předmětu Rekondice a regenerace z dostupných ŠVP a návrh učební osnovy tohoto předmětu.The theme of the thesis and the main aim is proposal on methodology of teaching a subject of Reconditioning and Regeneration, focusing on the topic of Compensatory and Relaxation Exercise using the principles of Experiential Education. The theoretical part of the thesis includes characteristic of this subject, the topic and field of study in which is this subject taught. Further is defined Experiental Education as a teaching method in terms of its theoretical underpinnings and its educational principles. The partial aims are the analysis of syllabi of the subject Reconditioning and Regeneration from the available school education programs and the proposal on a new syllabus of this subject.
