Práce je zaměřena na aktivizaci seniorů v centrech denních služeb. Hlavním cílem teoretické části práce je popsat jednotlivá související témata. (stárnutí, stáří, volnočasové aktivity seniorů, koncepty volnočasových aktivit seniorů a sociální služby pro seniory). Cílem empirické části práce je analyzovat názory vybraných klientů Centra denních služeb na volnočasové aktivity a na základě toho navrhnout optimalizaci aktivizačních programů.This work is concentrated on an activation of seniors in the centres of daily services. The main goal of a theoretic part of the work is to describe individual connected topics, for example ageing, age, leisure activities of seniors and social services for seniors. The goal of an empirical part of the work is to analyse the opinions of selected customers of the Daily services centre to the leisure activities and based on this result propose an optimization of activation programmes.
