Aktivita svalů (m. tibialis anterior, m. biceps femoris, m. glutaeus maximus, m. erector spinae v oblasti L2, m. obliquus abdominis internus, m. obliguus abdominis externus, m. rectus abdominis a m. sternocleidomastoideus) byla snímána pomocí povrchové polyelektromyografie u kontrolní skupiny probandů (n=13, průměrný věk 25 let) a u skupiny probandů s nespecifickou bolestí dolní části zad (n=14, průměrný věk 28,1 let). The main aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the timing of muscles and their activity by the mean (amplitude) and input indicators during Functional Reach Test (FRT) and its modifications (on the floor, with upper extremities crossed on the chest and on the balance platform). We compared healthy participants and the participants with nonspecific low back pain (NLBP). The partial aim was the evaluation of the eye control effect both on the timing and the mean and input indicators of the selected muscles. The muscles activity (m. tibialis anterior, m. biceps femoris, m. glutaeus maximus, m. erector spinae in the L2 area, m. obliquus abdominis internus, m. obliguus abdominis externus, m. rectus abdominis and m. sternocleidomastoideus) was scanned with surface electromyography in the group of healthy probands (n=13, average age 25) and in the group of probands with NLBP (n=14, average age 28,1). Comparing the timing difference in both groups the statistical significant difference was found out during FRT on the floor with eyes closed and FRT on the balance platform with both the eyes closed and opened. Comparing the muscles activity with the mean indicator the statistical significant difference was found out during FRT on the floor with eyes opened and FRT on the balance platform with eyes closed. Comparing the muscles activity with the input indicator the statistical significant difference was found out during FRT on the balance platform with eyes closed. The statistical significant difference was found out in the muscles timing when we compared FRT on the floor with eyes opened and closed for both groups. Comparing the muscles activity with mean indicator the statistical significant difference was found out between FRT on the floor with open and close eyes in NLBP group. The statistical significant difference in the mean indicator was found out when we compared FRT on the balance platform with open and close eyes for both groups of participants. Comparing the muscles activity with input indicator the statistical significant difference was found out between FRT on the floor with the eyes opened and closed and between FRT on the balance platform with the eyes opened and closed for both groups of participants.
