Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje testování využitelnosti extenze Arc Urban Planner v územním plánování České republiky se zaměřením na hlavní město Praha. Hlavní cíl, otestování funkčnosti a využitelnosti extenze, byl naplněn na modelovém území Prahy. Pro vstup do analýzy bylo použito téměř 70 jevů/vrstev. Celkem bylo vyhodnoceno 16 scénářů pro každou kategorii. Všem scénářům byl vypočten krajinný potenciál, jeho minimální, maximální a průměrné hodnoty. V každé kategorii byly pak všechny scénáře porovnány a sestaveny do korelační matice. Stejně tak byly mezi sebou srovnávány všechny kategorie v jednom scénáři. Kromě scénářů byly také navrženy konkrétní plochy pro odlišné funkční využití. Pro všechny kategorie byly navrženy plochy ve třech různých územích a ve čtyřech scénářích. Tyto navržené lokality lze srovnávat mezi sebou, ale také s aktuálním územním plánem. Všechny výstupy byly analyzovány, vhodně okomentovány a vizualizovány. V poslední části se autorka zaměřila na využitelnost extenze v územním plánování ČR.This bachelor thesis focuses on testing the usability and functionality of the Arc Urban Planner extension in spatial planning in the Czech Republic, focusing on the city of Prague. The aim of the present thesis is to study the issues of scenario modeling in relation to sustainable development and to discuss the possible use of Šťastmý's analytical tool in the Czech spatial planning. The analysis has been performed using almost 70 parameters, which have been divided into three pillars of sustainable development environmental, social, and economic. In each specific category (housing, recreation, commercial amenities, light industry, heavy industry and agricultural production) 16 scenarios have been evaluated. In all scenarios, the landscape potential has been calculated for its minimum, maximum, and average values. All scenarios have been compared and compiled into a correlation matrix for each category. All categories were compared with each other in each scenario. Specific areas for different functional uses have been proposed. For all categories, there have been designed specific areas for three different territories and in four scenarios. Suggested locations can be compared with each other, but also with the current zoning plan. All outcomes have been analised, summarized and visualized into maps. The second part of the output concerns the possibility of using the Arc Urban Planner extension tool in spatial planning.
