Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou chůze u osob s transtibiální amputací. V úvodu jsou uvedeny nejčastější indikace k provedení amputace, popis chirurgického výkonu a nejčastější pooperační komplikace. Další část je věnována ortopedické protetice se zaměřením na protézy dolních končetin a jejich stavbu. Následně je srovnána chůze a krokový cyklus zdravé populace a jedinců s podkolenní protézou. Ve speciální části je popsána předoperační a časná pooperační rehabilitační péče, příprava na nácvik chůze a vlastní postup při reedukaci chůze u osob s amputací. Část je věnována možnostem testování pacientů vybavených protézou. Práce je doplněna o kazuistiku pacienta s transtibiální amputací.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of walking in persons with transtibial amputation. In the introduction the most frequent indications to amputation, description of major surgery and the most frequent post-operative complications are given. The following part is devoted to orthopaedic prosthetics with concentration on prosthesis appliances of lower extremities and their construction. Next, the walking and the step cycle of healthy population and persons with popliteal prosthesis are compared. In a special part, preoperative and early postoperative rehabilitation care, preparation for training of walking and the actual procedure used in reeducation of walking in persons with amputation are described. One part is devoted to the possibilities of testing patients equipped with prosthesis. A case report of a patient with transtibial amputation rounds off the thesis.
