Zaměření disertační práce na téma "Regionální vlastivěda a její využití v učivu primární školy" vyplývá z nutnosti a potřebnosti poznání místního regionu u žáků na základních školách. Cílem práce v rovině teoretické je upozornění na didaktický potenciál vlastivědné exkurze ve vzdělávacím předmětu vlastivěda, v rovině empirické zjištění možných vztahů u žáků 4. ročníku ZŠ v závislosti na zvolené organizační formě výuky. Disertační práce je členěna na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části disertační práce vymezujeme základní pojmy spojené se vzděláváním a výchovou na 1. stupni ZŠ, vysvětlujeme základní terminologii vlastivědy, její vývoj a postavení v rámci RVP ZV. Charakterizujeme podstatu regionální vlastivědy, popisujeme vyučovací metody, organizační formy výuky a vyučovací prostředky. Poukazujeme na možnost využití vlastivědných vycházek a exkurzí při výuce. V poslední části teoretické části se zaměřujeme na osobnost učitele a žáka ve vyučovacím procesu výuky o regionu. Navazující empirická část disertační práce předkládá výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda existuje rozdíl ve vědomostech a názorech žáků 4. ročníku ZŠ po absolvování výuky o Praze v závislosti na zvolené organizační formě výuky.Annotation SLABIHOUDKOVÁ, Sylva. The thesis focuses on the topic of "Regional Geography and Its Application in the Curriculum at Primary Schools". It is based on the need for direct empirical knowledge of the local region of pupils at primary schools. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the educational benefits of taking regional walks. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on determing the differences between knowledge and attitudes of the pupils depending on the organizational form of teaching. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis we define the basic concepts of education and training at primary schools, explain the basic terminology of regional geography walks and its position within the Curriculum at primary schools. We characterize the base and course of school subject geography and describe suitable methods, forms of education and methodological materials of the regional geography, while pointing to the possibility of using regional geography walks in the classroom. In the last part of the theoretical part we focus on the personalities of the teacher and student in the educational process of learning about the region. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of the research investigation, the main objective being to determine whether there is a difference in the knowledge and opinions of the fourth grade of elementary school students after graduation teaching of Prague, depending on the organizational form of teaching.
