Magisterská diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum problematiky pracovního stresu vojenského leteckého personálu AČR na výběrovém souboru pilotů bitevních vrtulníků a leteckých techniků bitevních vrtulníků. Práce navazuje na výzkum souboru pilotů bitevních vrtulníků. Cílem práce bylo určit dominující faktory stresu, profil dimenzí psychického stavu, profil dimenzí životní spokojenosti a profil strategií zvládání stresu. Dále provést komparaci souborů v těchto dimenzích a dominujících faktorech stresu a komparaci souborů s normou. Dalším cílem bylo prozkoumat vztahy mezi celkovým vnímáním pracovního stresu, psychickým stavem, volbou konkrétních strategií ke zvládání stresu, věkem a senioritou. V teoretické části jsme se seznámili s nároky profese technika a pilota vrtulníku, základními teoretickými přístupy ke stresu a s determinantami stresu, s profilujícími faktory zátěže techniků a pilotů. Ve výzkumné části jsme vyhodnocovali dotazníky, porovnávali naměřené hodnoty s normami, prováděli komparace obou soborů a zjišťovali korelace u vybraných dimenzí. Ve výzkumu jsme použili dotazníky IPSS, SUPOS 7, DŽS a SVF 78.This master thesis deals with work related stress issues affecting military flight personnel in the Czech Republic Army and follows up on the author's previous research on battle helicopter pilots. The data used here were collected from pilots and technicians of battle helicopters. The main objective is to find out about the dominant factors influencing stress, to set up a profile of psychological state dimensions, dimensions of life satisfaction profile and a profile of various strategies to deal with stress. What is more, the author compares the data samples among these dimensions and dominating stress factors as well as with the standard. A further objective is to explore the relations between the overall perception of stress at work, the psychological state, the choice of specific strategies for dealing with stress, the age and the seniority principle. The theoretical part deals with the specifics of the technicians' and pilots' profession, the basic theoretical approaches to stress, stress determinants, profiling factors of technicians' and pilots' stress. In the empirical part, you will find an evaluation of the questionnaires, a comparison of researched values with standards, a comparison of both sets of data samples and correlation between selected dimensions. The questionnaires used for the survey are IPSS, SUPOS-7, DŽS and SVF 78.
