Diplomová práce je věnována problematice znalostí studentek druhého a třetího ročníku Porodní asistence o mentorské a tutorské činnosti, znalosti pojmů mentor, mentoring, tutor, tutoring, kompetencí a právního vymezení těchto pojmů. Práce je dále zaměřena na postoj studentek Porodní asistence k porodním asistentkám, mentorům a tutorům, kteří je vedou na pracovišti, kde tyto studentky vykonávají souvislou odbornou praxi. Teoretická část se zabývá historií a legislativou vztahující se k práci porodní asistentky, definici porodní asistentky a významem antropologie v porodní asistenci. Také je věnována pozornost analýze vzdělávání mentorů a porodních asistentek a objasnění pojmu tutor klinické praxe a jeho kompetence v oblasti vzdělávání studentů Porodní asistence. Praktická část práce analyzuje průzkumné šetření pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno u studentek druhého a třetího ročníku porodní asistence ve čtyřech krajích České republiky. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat poskytuje informace o znalostech studentek Porodní asistence o mentoringu a tutoringu, postojích těchto studentek k mentorům a tutorům klinické praxe.The thesis deals about the knowledge of the students second and third year of Midwifery study about mentoring and mentoring activities , knowledge of the terms mentor, mentoring , tutor, tutoring , skills and the legal definition of mentoring and tutoring . Work is also focused on the attitude of students towards Midwifery midwives, mentors and tutors who lead the workplace where these students engaged in continuous professional practice. The theoretical part deals with the history and legislation related to the work of midwives , midwives definition and meaning of anthropology in midwifery . Further attention is paid to the analysis of learning mentors and midwives and clearing of tutor clinical practice and competence in the field of education students Midwifery . The practical part is devoted to research using an anonymous questionnaire survey , which was conducted by the students of the second and third year of midwifery in four regions of the Czech Republic. Analysis and interpretation of the data provides information about Midwifery students knowledge about mentoring and tutoring , and attitudes of these students to mentors and tutors clinical practice.
