Diplomová práce se zabývá v teoretické části operacionalizací pojmů, jako jsou stáří, stárnutí, změny ve stáří, zdraví, soběstačnost, aktivity a dále teoretické ukotvení cílů praktické části diplomové práce. Cílem praktické části je soulad mezi sociálním šetřením Úřadu práce k příspěvku na péči, aktivizačními plány v domově pro seniory a reálným pohledem uživatelů těchto služeb. V práci je zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu formou analýzy dokumentů a strukturovanými rozhovory s otevřenými otázkami.This thesis deals with the theoretical concepts of operationalising such as age, aging, changes in age, health, self-sufficiency, activities and also theoretical point targets within the practical part of the thesis. The practical section of this paper define coordination between social investigation the Labour Office to the care allowance, activisation plans in the home for the elderly and feed back of the actual recipients of these services. The chosen method of this work is qualitative research in the form of document analysis and structured interviews with open questions.
