Práce shrnuje a porovnává poznatky z oblasti primitivní reflexologie v ontogenezi do jednoho roku života. Úvodní kapitoly pojednávají o neurofyziologické podstatě primitivních reflexů a jejich významu. Hlavní část se zabývá problematikou metodiky vyšetření primitivních reflexů a poukazuje na nesoulad pohledů různých autorů při určování patologických stavů na podkladě tohoto vyšetření. Součástí práce je kazuistika dítěte léčeného pro zpomalený psychomotorický vývoj.The thesis paper summarises and compares the knowledge from the sphere of primitive reflexology in ontogenesis within the first year of life. The introductory chapters deal with the neurophysiological principle of primitive reflexes and their significance. The main part deals with the issue of the methodology of examination of primitive reflexes and points out to the discrepancy in the views of several authors in assessment of pathological conditions on the basis of such examination. A part of the thesis is a case report of an infant treated for retarded psychomotor development.
