Kapitola první pojednává o historii typografie. Kapitola druhá obsahuje informace o systému TeX. Dále jsou ve třetí kapitole uvedené informace o METAFONTU. Ve čtvrté kapitole popisuji standardní TeXovské fonty.Chapter 1 is devoted to the history of typography as I wanted to know where and when font was created and who made it. Chapter 2 deals with the system of TEX. Some information about METAFONT, which is necessary to elicit particular fonts, is mentioned in chapter 3. The most difficult thing was to gather special references and arrange them into clear and intelligible text. The main idea of chapter 4 is how TEX applies fonts and presents the most important Knuth Computer Modern fonts.
