Diplomová práce je věnována komparaci hladiny spirituálního well-being v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část popisuje tři oblasti: sociální pobytová zařízení, senium a oblast well-being. Výzkumné šetření je provedeno ve čtyřech sociálních pobytových zařízeních pro seniory v okrese Opava, kdy zařízení mají odlišná specifika: zřizovatele, lokalitu, vnitřní kulturu. Data pro výzkum jsou získána pomocí dotazníku SWBS C.W.Ellisona a R.F.Paloutziana. Hladiny dosaženého spirituálního well-being jsou vzájemně komparovány. Výsledky šetření jsou podkladem poznatku, že výše spirituálního well-being není závislá na typu zřizovatele ani kapacitě zařízení.This thesis deals with to the comparison of levels of spiritual well-being in retirement homes. The theoretical part describes three areas: boarding facilities, old age and the area of well-being. The survey is conducted in four social residential facilities for the elderly in the district of Opava, where the institutions have different specifics: founder, location, internal culture. Data for the research were obtained through a questionnaire certified SWB range C.W. Ellison and R.F. Paloutzian. Levels of attainment of spiritual well-being are mutually compared. The results of the investigation lay the foundations for the finding that the level of spiritual well-being isn't dependent on the type of establisher nor the capacity of the facility.
