Bakalářská práce se zabývá lidmi se zdravotním postižením a možností jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce definuje některé základní pojmy spojené se zdravotním postižením, popisuje klasifikaci zdravotního postižení, faktory ovlivňující život jedince s postižením a stupně socializace. Dále se zaobírá fenoménem práce v životě zdravotně postiženého člověka, definuje právní aspekty spojené se zaměstnáváním zdravotně postižených, přibližuje některé možnosti začleňování zdravotně postižených na pracovní trh a roli sociálního pracovníka při práci se zdravotně postiženými klienty. Praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké bariéry a možnosti vnímají sami zdravotně postižení jedinci při uplatňování na pracovním trhu.The bachelor thesis deals with people with disabilities and their options in the labor market. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines some basic terms associated with disability, describes the classification of disability, factors affecting the lives of individuals with disabilities and the degrees of their socialization. The bachelor thesis furthermore deals with the phenomenon of work in the life of a disabled person, defines the legal aspects of employing the disabled, some approaches to the possibility of integrating the disabled into the labor market and the role of social workers working with disabled clients. The practical part of the thesis focuses on qualitative research. The aim of the research was to determine what barriers and opportunities within the labor market are perceived by the disabled individuals themselves.
