Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza queer prvků v tvorbě kanadského režiséra Xaviera Dolana. Práce vymezuje charakteristické prvky queer cinema a na jejich základě analyzuje filmy Zabil jsem svou matku (2009), Imaginární lásky (2010), Laurence Anyways (2012) a Tom na farmě (2013). Zohledňuje prezentaci queer prvků v Dolanových filmech i vymezení se vůči označení "queer" ze strany režiséra. Jeho argumenty konfrontuje s koncepty queer cinema a definuje queer poetiku v jeho filmech.My bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of queer elements in the work of Canadian director Xavier Dolan. The thesis defines the characteristic elements of queer cinema and on their basis analyses films I Killed My Mother (2009), Heartbeats (2010), Laurence Anyways (2012) and Tom at the farm (2013). It also takes into account the defining of the label "queer" on the part of the author himself. It confronts his arguments with the concepts of queer cinema and defines queer poetry in his films.
