Tato diplomová bakalářská práce se věnuje systému vzdělávání v organizaci XY. Cílem práce je identifikace nedostatků v systému vzdělávání a návrh jejich případného řešení. První část je věnována terminologickému ukotvení a popisu čtyř fází cyklu systematického vzdělávání. V druhé části je popsána konkrétní podoba systematického vzdělávání v organizaci XY a práce je vyústěna v kapitole věnující se identifikaci nedostatků a návrhu jejich řešení.This thesis is concerned with the education system in XY organization. The main aim of the thesis is to identify shortcomings of education system (in the organization mentioned) and to outline possible solutions. The first segment is concerned with defining proper terminology and description of four phases of systematic education cycle. The second segment describes specific design of systematic education in XY organization and afterwards the thesis concludes with a chapter focused on identification of shortcomings (in the organization mentioned) and their solution proposals.
