Cílem práce je srovnání nastaveného motivačního systému ve společnosti Partners Financial Services, a.s. s nástroji motivace popsanými v odborné literatuře. Dílčími cíli práce je odhalení silných a slabých stránek nastaveného systému a návrhy na jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy motivace, pracovní motivace a nástroje motivace. V praktické části je popsán nastavený systém v konkrétní společnosti. Závěrečná část popisuje silné a slabé stránky systému a jsou zde předloženy návrhy na jeho zlepšení.The aim of this thesis is to compare system of motivation set up in Partners Financial Services, a. s company with the theory of motivation described in literature. The aims are to uncover strengths and weaknesses of the system and to propose ideas of improvement. The theoretical part explains terms of motivation, motivation to work and motivational instruments. Partical part describes sysem in particular company. In the final part of the thesis there are also described strengths and weaknesses of the systém set up and suggestions for improvement.
