Tématem této práce je soužití osob s mentálním postižením a chronickým duševním onemocněním v pobytovém zařízení a zjištění vhodnosti tohoto soužití. Analýza probíhala v rámci metod práce, komunikace, vztahů, integrace do společnosti a problémového chování. V teoretické části jsou objasněny jednotlivé pojmy a aspekty z pohledu obou cílových skupin, výzkumná část probíhala se zaměstnanci daného zařízení formou dotazníku. Analýza prokázala jisté problematické oblasti a nutnost přizpůsobení chodu tohoto zařízení v konkrétních oblastech. Poté je toto soužití možné a pro některé dokonce přínosné.The topic of this theses is common life of people with learning disability and chronic mental disease in large-scale institution and investigation of eligibility of living together. Analysis was taken on the basis of working methods, communication, integration into society and behaviour problems. Theoretical part defines individual definitions and aspects at a perspective of both target groups. Exploratory part was taken on the basis of interview with employees of relevant institutions. Analysis showed some specific problems and necessity of changes and adjustment in certain fields to provide better services in this institution. After that improvement is life together possible and for some clients even more beneficial.
