Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat dosavadní systém motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti ArcelorMittal a.s. Názory zaměstnanců na současný systém motivace budou zjištěny pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Dalším cílem bude pomocí výsledků dotazníkového šetření a následné analýzy zjistit úroveň spokojenosti zaměstnanců s dosavadním systémem motivace, posoudit jejich další požadavky a ve spolupráci se společností, tedy rozhovorem s managementem, navrhnout doporučení, která povedou ke zvýšení motivovanosti zaměstnanců.The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the current motivational system of employees in ArcelorMittal a.s. Employee's views on the current system of motivation will be identified through a questionnaire survey which was carried out among employees. The level of employee satisfaction with current system of motivation in the company will be determined based on the results of the survey and their subsequent analysis. With regard to the requirements of employees, some recommendations, which could help to improve employee's motivation, might be suggested with further help of the company and its management.
