Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza a souhrn současné situace soukromých věznic v naší zemi. V pěti kapitolách se zaměřuje na vymezení tématu a charakteristiku Public Private Partnership projektů, jejich výhody i nevýhody. Dále popisuje současný stav vězeňství ve světě. Čtvrtá kapitola nastiňuje situaci v českém vězenství v řádu uplynulých 5ti let. Závěrečná kapitola analyzuje spolupráci veřejného a soukromého sektoru ve specifické oblasti vězeňství a shrnuje zatím jediné pokusy o jejich realizaci v Rapoticích u Brna a v Josefově.Subject of the thesis is an analysis and summary of the current situation of private prisons in the Czech republic. The five chapters focus on the definition of the topic and the characteristic of Public Private Partnership projects, their advantages and disadvantages. It also describes the current state of the prison system in the world. The fourth chapter outlines the situation in the Czech prison system in the last 5 years. The final chapter analyzes the cooperation between the public and private sectors in a specific area of the prison system and summarizes the only experiences in Rapotice and Josefov.
