Tématem bakalářské práce je získávání, výběr a přijímání nových pracovníků ve firmě XY. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat stávající metody získávání pracovníků ve firmě XY, srovnat tyto metody se stanovenými teoretickými východisky a na závěr navrhnout vhodné změny v tomto procesu. Práce shrnuje obecná teoretická východiska problematiky personální práce, personálního plánování, analýzy a popisu pracovního místa, získávání a výběru pracovníků tak jak na ně nahlíží odborní autoři a porovnává je s praxí v dané firmě. Hodnotí, zda praxe odpovídá teoretickým konceptům a navrhuje případné změny v této praxi.The topic of my bachelor thesis is the acquisition, selection and recruitment of new staff in the XY Company. The aim of this thesis is analysing of existing methods for the recruitment of staff in the XY Company, comparing these methods with the established theoretical base and proposing appropriate changes in the process. The thesis summarizes the theoretical bases of the issue of human resources management, HR planning, analysis and job description, recruitment and selection of staff as they are seen by expert authors. This thesis compares theoretical bases with the practice in the company. This thesis evaluates whether the practice correspond with the theoretical concepts and proposes some changes in this practice.
