Práce zkoumá demografický vývoj a sídelní indikátory vybrané části euroregionu Praděd. Shromážděním a komparací statistických dat posuzuje vliv státní hranice na demografické ukazatele přeshraničního území v čase. S ohledem na historické souvislosti a propustnost hranic se snaží zachytit vývoj populace a přeshraničních vazeb od 90. let 20. stol. Ukazuje se, že státní hranice stále tvoří znatelnou prostorovou bariéru.The thesis examines the demographics and residential indicators selected part of the Euroregion Praděd. The collected data were compared and assessed the impact of national borders on demographics development. Historical context and the permeability of borders were taken into account when trying to capture demographics and cross-border collaboration from the 90s of the 20th century. It shows that national borders are still a barrier in space.
