Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou dopadu zkušenosti s pěstounstvím na život rodiny s převažujícím zaměřením na proměnu vztahů v rodině po přijetí dítěte do pěstounské péče nahlížené perspektivou biologických dětí a jejich rodičů. Teoretická část práce zprvu přibližuje samotný institut pěstounské péče, pojednávajíce o jeho vývoji po současnost včetně aspektů současné legislativní praxe, načež se v dalším textu zaobírá specifiky náhradního rodičovství s důrazem na jeho psychologické aspekty, závěr teoretické části uzavírá přehled dosavadních výzkumů a shrnutí východisek pro vlastní empirickou část této práce. Empirickou část práce reprezentuje kvalitativní terénní výzkum, v němž jsou data tvořena prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů doprovázených administrací Testu rodinného systému, realizovaných s jedenácti biologickými dětmi a jejich devíti rodiči - pěstouny. Výzkum mapuje odraz zkušenosti s pěstounstvím na život rodiny, proměnu vztahů a vnímané "přínosy a ztráty" nabyté prostřednictvím dané zkušenosti. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na dopad této zkušenosti na rozvoj osobnosti dítěte, proměnu vztahů v rodině zejména směrem k jejich utužení, a na převážně pozitivní aspekty této zkušenosti. Práci uzavírá zhodnocení využitelnosti závěrů pro praxi.This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of the experience with foster care on family life with a predominant focus on the transformation of relationships within the family after the child had been taken into the foster care - as seen from perspective of biological children and their parents. The theoretical part initially introduces the institute of foster care, dealing with its development to the present, including aspects of current legislative practice. In the following the specifics of surrogate parenting - with emphasis on the psychological aspects - are discussed in the text. The conclusion of the theoretical part ends with an overview of existing research and a summary of the rationales for the own empirical part of this work. The empirical part of this thesis is represented by the qualitative field research where data are formed through semi-structured interviews, accompanied by the administration of The Test of the Family System, implemented by eleven biological children and nine parents - the foster parents. The research is focused onto the reflection of the experience with foster care on the family life, change of relationships within the family and "gains and losses" accumulated through the whole foster care experience as perceived by the people involved. The research results show the impact of this experience on the child´s personality development, transformation of family relationships especially towards their consolidation and predominantly positive aspects of this experience. The thesis is concluded by the evaluation of the usability of findings for practice.
