Práce využívá deskriptivní a analytické metody práce ke zhodnocení současného systému financování politických stran v ČR. Nejdříve autorka charakterizuje legislativní ukotvení financování českých stran, aby následně mohla věnovat pozornost jeho historickému vývoji. V práce je ověřována hypotéza, že způsob ekonomické tranzice v ČR měl zásadní vliv na ukotvení politické korupce v českém systému. Dále se práce věnuje legislativnímu vývoji zákona o politických stranách se zaměřením na jejich financování a snaží se zhodnotit efektivitu provedených reforem. Toto měření provádí za využíti indexu vnímání korupce a srovnáním jeho hodnot v devadesátých letech se stavem současným. V závěru autorka shrnuje výsledky a popisuje, čím byly hypotézy potvrzeny.This bachelor thesis focuses on financing of Czech political parties. By using descriptive method in the first part and analytical method in the second part thesis provides an insight into a political parties financing.Thesis pays an attention on theoretical concepts focusing on structural predispositions of post-communist countries to corruptional activities and political system deformation. Then it applies these theories on the case of Czech republic. The main aim of this thesis is to verify an hypothesis that ?the mode of czech transition and economic transformation had a fundamental influence on corruption embedment into the czech political system.? The accent is put on insufficient party financing legislative. For evaluation of effectivness of party financing legislative reforms is used Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI)
