Tato bakalářská práce je postavena na analýze 26 statutárních měst z hlediska typu koalic a následné zhodnocení vlivu utváření velké koalice na radnicích na lokální stranický systém. Text pracuje s volbami do obecních zastupitelstev 2002, 2006 a 2010. Vymezuje města, ve kterých byla velká koalice utvořena alespoň jednou po sledovaných volbách a dále se zaměřuje na opakované ustavení. Primárním cílem práce je aplikací teorie koalic klasifikovat typ koalic ve zkoumaných městech za určené časové období a pomocí hypotéz zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje ideově nesourodé uskupení na radnici lokální stranický systém. Teoretická část přibližuje teoretické koncepty, teorii her, teorii koalic a úvod do specifik komunálních voleb a lokálního stranického systému, z nichž v práci vycházím. Analytická část slouží k analýze dat, jejich hodnoty a výpočty jsou stěžejní k potvrzení resp. vyvrácení hypotéz. Výsledky šetření a limity výzkumu jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.This thesis is based on an analysis of 26 cities in terms of the type of coalitions and the following evaluation of the influence, which the formation of Grand Coalition in town halls has on the local party system. The text works with the elections to the municipal council elections in 2002, 2006 and 2010. It defines the city in which the grand coalitions are formed after the election, specify at least once evidence, and then focuses on recurring establishment. The primary objective of the work is by the theory of coalitions to classify the type of coalitions in the surveyed cities and towns for the specified period of time and using hypotheses to determine how it affects largely disparate groups in the local town hall party system. The theoretical part introduces theoretical concepts, of the game theory, the theory of political coalitions and the introduction to local elections and party system, from which I get on at work. In the analytical part is crucial to analyse the data, their values and calculations are used to confirm or refute the hypothesis. Results of the investigation and limits of the research are summarized in the conclusion.
