Tato bakalářská diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kritických míst profese školních psychologů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pozicí a významem školní psychologie, popisuje legislativní rámec práce školního psychologa a poukazuje na etický kodex školního psychologa. Charakterizuje pozici školního psychologa ve škole a náplň práce školního psychologa. Dále se zaměřuje na úskalí, kritická místa profese školních psychologů. Výzkumná část práce si klade za cíl najít a objasnit nejdůležitější kritická místa profese školních psychologů. V rámci výzkumu bylo využito kvalitativního přístupu. Byly uskutečněny polostrukturované rozhovory se školními psychology. Pro analýzu dat byla zvolena metoda zakotvené teorie. Mezi hlavní výsledky výzkumu patří charakteristika základní kritické linky práce školního psychologa, ze které vycházejí kritická místa profese školních psychologů, tj. tři základní kategorie kritických míst: vnitřní a vnější zdroje; pozice a zakotvenost školního psychologa a vztahová síť.This bachelor's degree thesis focuses on the critical points of the profession of school psychologists. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the position and significance of school psychology, describes the legislative framework for the work of school psychologists and refers to the ethical code of school psychology. It describes the position of a school psychologist at school and the scope of his/her work. Further it focuses on difficulties, critical points of the profession. The research part aims to find and explain the most important critical aspects in the profession of school psychologists. Quantitative approach was used as a research method. The author conducted semi-structured interviews with school psychologists. For data analysis was chosen method of grounded theory. Among the important results outlined in the research, the description of critical line in the work of school psychologists can be named, from which the critical aspects of the profession can be derived, i. e. three basic categories of critical aspects: internal and external resources; position and anchoring of a school psychologist and the relationship network.
