Bylo provedeno vyšetření 403 těhotných žen s fyziologickou graviditou, 75 žen s chronickou hypertenzí, 33 žen s HELLP syndromem a 171 žen v období mimo graviditu. Parametry byly vyšetřovány metodikami: vWF Ag- EIA, t-PA - ELISA, PAI-1 - ELISA, ePCR - ELISA, MMP-2,9 - ELISA s fluorogenní detekcí, TIMP-2- ELISA, endoteliální mikropartikule - průtoková cytometrie, F VIII - modifikovaný APTT, Leidenská mutace a mutace protrombinu 20210 G-A - PCR. We examined 403 women with physiological pregnancy, 75 women suffering from chronic hypertension, 33 women with HELLP syndrome and 171 non-pregnant women. Parametres were assessed by methods as follows: t-PA - ELISA, PAI-1 - ELISA, vWF AG - EIA ePCR - ELISA, MMP-2,9 - ELISA with fluorogenic detection, TIMP-2 - ELISA, endothelial microparticules - flow cytometry, FVIII - modified APTT, Leiden mutation and prothrombine 20210 G-A mutation - PCR. We confirmed the hypothesis on important influence of pregnancy on the alteration of levels of many activation endothelium markers and statistically significant differences in these markers in women, that developed preeclampsia or HELLP syndrome when compared with women with physiologically evolving pregnancy.
