Výzkum léčby keratokonu metodou kombinace laserové fotorefraktivní keratektomie podle topografu s využitím na míru adjustovaného nomogramu (ATG PRK) s Corneal Cross linkingem si kladl za cíl ověřit pozitivní účinek této metody na regularizaci rohovky, zlepšení zrakových funkcí a zastavení progrese keratokonu. Práce současně obsahuje přehled klasických a současně i nejmodernějších diagnostických metod, které umožňují mnohem časnější diagnostiku.Research of treatment of keratoconus with simultaneous fotorefractive keratectomy and corneal cross linking with individual nomogram adjustment (ATG PRK) is focused on assessment of positive impact of these methods on corneal regularization, visual acuity improvement and halt progression of keratoconus. Study also offer overview of classical and state of the art diagnostic methods, which enable earlier diagnosis.
