Bakalářská práce na téma Ústavní charakteristika České republiky je zaměřena na analýzu klíčových ústavních znaků, kterými je Česká republika vymezena, a to republikanismu, pojmu právní stát, suverenity a svrchovanosti, principu dělby moci, principu respektu k mezinárodnímu právu a členství v Evropské unii. Důraz je kladen především na analýzu principů právního státu. Součástí práce je kromě použití relevantní odborné literatury také práce s příslušnou judikaturou Ústavního soudu České republiky. Autor se rovněž snažil obohatit práci vlastními myšlenkami a názory. Není jednoznačná odpověď na otázku, jestli je ústavní charakteristika České republiky vyčerpávající. Je žádoucí, aby se zejména zákonodárci snažili naplnit praktickou stránku této problematiky.The Bachelor's work on Constitutional Characteristics of the Czech Republic is focused on the analysis of key constitutional features that determine the Czech Republic, namely republicanism, the concept of legal state, sovereignty, principle of separation of powers, principle of respect to international law and membership in the European Union. The stress is put primarily on the analysis of the principles of legal state. Using relevant professional literature and studying judicature of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic are integral part of this bachelor´s work. Author also tried to enrich the work with his own ideas and opinions. There is no unequivocal answer to question if the constitutional characteristics of the Czech Republic is exhaustive. It is desirable for the legislators mainly to fulfil the practical aspect of this issue.
