V mé bakalářské práci na téma matrika jako jeden z institutů vnitřní správy jsem se v prvé řadě zaměřila na vnitřní správu, její charakteristiku, Ministerstvo vnitra ČR a poté vysvětlení pojmu státní občanství České republiky a archivnictví. Dále jsem probrala evidenci obyvatel, s kterou úzce souvisí informační systém evidence obyvatel, kde se shromažďují základní data o občanech včetně trvalého pobytu. Hlavní část mé práce se zabývá historií matrik a obecným vymezením tohoto pojmu, vysvětlením, co je matriční úřad a zvláštní matrika. Nedílnou součástí každé matriky jsou matriční knihy a listiny, v této kapitole také vysvětluji použití jmen a příjmení. Další podkapitoly se týkají knihy narození, manželství, partnerství a úmrtí. Následující kapitola vysvětluje, kdo je matrikářem, jaké jsou podmínky pro výkon této funkce, zejména složení zkoušky zvláštní odborné způsobilosti. Každá činnost ve veřejné správě musí být někým kontrolována, proto jsem se zaměřila na kontrolu obecně a poté na postup při kontrole krajským úřadem. V závěrečné části jsem zhodnotila význam institutu matrik pro občana včetně správních poplatků, vidimace a legalizace a nakonec jsem uvedla možnosti dalšího rozvoje institutu.In my bachelor ´s thesis on The Registry as one of the institute's of Internal Administration, I primarily focused on the internal administration, its characteristics, the Ministry of the Interior and then I explained the concept of citizenship of the Czech Republic and archival science. Then I mentioned the register of citizens, which is closely related to the information system of the register of citizens, which collects basic data about citizens including permanent residence. The main part of my work deals with the history of the Registry and general definition of the term, explaining what the Office of the Registry and a Special Register are. An integral part of each Registry are the registry books and documents and this chapter also explains the use of names and surnames. Other subsections relate to the Book of birth, the Book of marriage, the Book of partnership and the Book of death. The following chapter explains, who the Registrar is, what the conditions for the exercise of this function are, especially the exam of special competence. Each activity in the public administration must be controlled over, so I focused on the control in general, and then the control procedure used by the Regional office. In the final section, I assess the importance of the institute of the registers for citizen, including administrative fees, vidimus and legalization and I finally give the possibility of further development of the institute.
