Strategickému řízení je věnována velká pozornost jako jednomu z nástrojů, který dokáže podnik vést k úspěchu. Jedná se o řízení zaměřené na dlouhodobé plánování a směřování organizace jako celku. Zajištuje, že se věci nedějí náhodně, ale podle předem stanovených a naplánovaných, dlouhodobých záměrů. Formuluje pravidla fungování, priority a oblasti směřování v dlouhodobém horizontu. Strategické řízení je klíčovou a nejvyšší manažerskou aktivitou, kde se potkávají všechny manažerské funkce. Teoretická část práce se zabývá nemocniční péčí v České Republice, vysvětlením pojmů strategie, strategické řízení a popisuje celý cyklus strategického řízení včetně implementace strategie do praxe. Výzkumná část hodnotí přínos zavedení přímých plateb v porovnání se stávajícím systémem fungujícím na Oddělení rehabilitace za odváděnou přístrojovou terapii. Celkové zisky za rok (za příslušné výkony při přímých platbách) byly porovnány s rozpočtem Oddělení rehabilitace a jeho plněním. Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je porovnat zisky obou variant systémů financování zdravotní péče, zhodnotit jejich výtěžnost, benefity a úskalí.Strategic management is receiving considerable attention as one of the tools that can lead to company success. It is about long-term institutional managing and planning of the organization as a whole. Strategic management ensures that things do not happen randomly, but prefers target and long-term plans. There are operating rules, high priorities and the fields of direction of the organization. Strategic management is the key and the highest management aktivity where all the management functions are meet. The theoretical part deals with hospital care in the Czech Republic, an explanation of the terms strategy, strategic management and describes the cycle of strategic management, including implementation of strategy into the practice. The research assesses the benefits of cash payments compared to the current system for performed therapy. Total profits of cash payments per year were compared with the budget gains of Rehabilitation ward. The aim of this thesis is to compare the benefits of both variants of the system of financing health care, to assess their yield, benefits and pitfalls.
