Cílem práce bylo popsat základní principy waveletové transformace a její využití pro analýzu reliféu. Principy a současné využití obsahuje část teoretická. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na konkrétní využití pro analýzu reliéfu s daty leteckého laserového skenování části obce Vysoké Pole.The focus of this thesis was to describe basic principles of the Wavelet transform and its use for relief analysis. The first part of the thesis thoroughly researched the principles and the applications of the Wavelet transform, whereas the second part consists of several practical examples demonstrating the possible usage of the Wavelet transform for relief analysis. Aerial laser scanning of a part of the municipality of Vysoké Pole was used as input data.
