Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem etických dilemat pracovníků OSPOD, kteří pracují s multiproblémovou rodinou, kde reálně hrozí, že bude dítě z rodiny odebráno. Teoretická část práce vymezuje rodinu a její typy. Zabývá se funkčností a nefunkčnosti rodiny jako takové a popisuje fenomén multiproblémové rodiny. Rovněž definuje pravomoc a pracovní pozici pracovníka OSPOD z legislativního hlediska. Také se snaží poukázat na důvody či nedostatečné důvody, pro které jsou děti z rodiny odebírány, data jsou podložena uvedenou statistikou. V neposlední řadě se věnuje pozornost i etice v oblasti sociální práce, jejím hodnotám, etickému kodexu a etickým dilematům, která jsou obecně řešena sociálními pracovníky, která jsou zde vymezena. Obsahem praktické části je prezentace realizovaného kvalitativního výzkumu, který je založen na postupech a záznamech kódování. Praktická část této diplomové práce odpovídá na základní výzkumnou otázku zaměřenou na řešení etických dilemat pracovníků OSPOD při práci s multiproblémovou rodinou, kde by mohlo reálně hrozit, že by bylo dítě z rodiny odebráno.The thesis covers ethical dilemmas of workers in authorities providing social and legal protection of children (hereinafter "OSPOD workers") who work with multi-problem families, where there is a real threat that their child could be taken away from the family. The theoretical part provides a definition of a family and introduces different types of a family. It deals with a functional and a non-functional family as such, and describes the phenomenon of a multi-problem family. Further on, it also defines the authority and working position of an OSPOD worker from the legislative point of view. The chapter further attempts to show reasons, both satisfactory and unsatisfactory, that might result in children being taken away from their families. The data are supported by statistics. Last but not least, this chapter covers ethical aspects of social work, its values, ethical codex and ethical dilemmas generally addressed by social workers. The practical part of the thesis presents a qualitative research and conclusions based on the approach code notes, where usualy used by the grounded theory. The practical part of this thesis answers the main research question aimed at solving ethical dilemmas of OSPOD workers when working with multi-problem families, where there is a real threat that the child could be taken away from the family.
