Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit povědomí studentů čtvrtých ročníků zdravotnických škol o problematice krizové intervence. Vysvětluji zde pojem krize, příčiny krize, její typologii, fáze a průběh krize. Dále se věnuji krizové intervenci jako takové. Zmiňuji její definici, specifické znaky krizové intervence, formy a možnost jejího řešení. Dotkla jsem se specifik práce zdravotních sester, charakteristických rysů a věnuji se i vzdělávání sester. Popisuji také specifika práce učitele jeho osobnostní vlastnosti a kompetence. Praktickou část mé bakalářské práce tvoří průzkum, který je zaměřen na zjištění povědomí studentů čtvrtých ročníků zdravotnických škol o problematice krizové intervence.The main purpose of my bachelor's thesis was to find out about the awareness of the students in the fourth year of the secondary nursing school about the issues of crisis intervention. There is an explanation of terms crisis, its typology, stages and the course of the crisis. Moreover the thesis deals with details of crisis intervention. I will mention its definition, specific features of crisis intervention, forms and possibilities of solution. It touches the particularities of the work of nurses, characteristic features and it devotes to education of nurses too. The thesis describes the particularities of the trainer's work, his personalities and competences. The practical part of my bachelor's thesis deals with research which focuses on finding out about the awareness of the students in the fourth year of the secondary nursing schools about the issues of crisis intervention.
