Diplomová práca sa zaoberá formáciu v postuláte v Rímskej únii Rádu sv. Uršule Slovenskej provincie. Zameriava sa na rozpracovanie podnetov dôležitých pre formáciu v postuláte, ktoré by mohli poslúžiť ako pomôcka pre formátorku.bVychádza zo štúdia cirkevných a uršulínskych dokumentov, pozerá na historické súvislosti aj na súčasný stav, všíma si osobu formátorky aj postulantky a zistené skutočnosti aplikuje na súčasnú dobu. Po priblížení historického kontextu sa zameriava na samotný obsah formácie, ktorým je predovšetkým ľudská a kresťanská zrelosť s cieľom správne rozlíšiť povolanie. Práca taktiež rozoberá ťažkosti a chybné postoje vo formácii, hovorí o postutalntke v súvislosti s dobou a prostredím, z ktorého pochádza, aj o formátorke. U nej si všíma duchovné a psychologické podmienky a odbornú pripravenosť. Pravdivý vzťah medzi formátorkou a postulantkou vytvára predpoklad na skonkretizovanie jednotlivých krokov vo formácií, ktorými sa zaoberá posledná kapitola. Ukazuje jeden z možných spôsobov formácie v postuláte.The thesis deals with the postulants´ formation of the Roman Union of the Order of St Ursula of Slovak Province. Its main aim is to describe the most important impulses for the formation during postulancy period so that the work could serve as an aid for a postulant mistress.The text is based on the church and Ursuline documents. It examines the necessary personal characteristics of the postulant mistress and the postulant in both historical context and present situation. Further it focuses on the content of formation whose primary aim is to help the candidate to reach both human and Christian maturity in order to be able to discern if her vocation is true. The text also describes the difficulties and unsuitable ways of formation and changes in postulancy in the present, especially the requirements for a good postulant mistress e.g. her education in theology and psychology and her ability to be a spiritual guide. The text deals with an appropriate relationship between the postulant mistress and the postulant which is a prerequisite for both of them so that they can accomplish successfully all phases of the postulate formation.
