Diplomová práce se zabývá vyučovacími styly a přístupy učitelů a jejich souvislostí s osobnostními charakteristikami těchto pedagogů. V teoretické části práce je představena problematika osobnostních charakteristik, přehled typologií učitelů a také vyučovacích stylů. V praktické části práce je uveden výzkum zaměřený na identifikaci preferovaných vyučovacích stylů a přístupů učitelů a jejich souvislost s osobnostními charakteristikami těchto pedagogů. Ve výzkumu byl využit Dotazník vyučovacích stylů (DVS) a inventář NEO Big Five.This thesis deals with the teaching styles and approaches of teachers and their relationships with personal characteristics of these teachers. In the theoretical part is introduced the issue of personal characteristics, an overview of the typology of teachers and teaching styles. In the practical part there is a research focused on identify the preferred teaching styles and approaches of teachers and their relationship with personality characteristics. In the thesis was used the Teaching styles questionnaire (TSQ) and NEO Big Five.
