Tato práce pojednává o morálních aspektech při přiznávání a placení daňových povinností daňovými subjekty, o výběru daní a jejich přerozdělování státem. První část se zabývá prvními státními útvary, s jejichž vznikem je nutně spojena potřeba jejich financování z veřejných prostředků. Poskytuje také pohled na financování státních útvarů na našem území ve středověku. Druhá část je věnována pohledu církve na daňovou politiku a zabývá se morálním hlediskem spojeným s přiznáváním a placením daňových povinností. Třetí část poukazuje na současnou situaci v daňové oblasti v České republice včetně využití vybraných finančních prostředků ze strany státu.The diploma thesis discusses the moral aspects of tax return and paying the tax liabilities by taxable entities, the tax collection and the tax redistribution by state. The first part of the thesis deals with the first state departments, the formation of which is connected with the need for their financing by public funds. It also presents the state department financing in our territory in the Middle Ages. The second part of the thesis comprises the church's point of view on tax policy and the moral aspect of tax return and paying the tax liabilities. The third part of the thesis brings a description of current tax situation in the Czech republic including the use of selected funds by state.
