Bakalářská práce se zabývá volnočasovými aktivitami v mikroregionu Poličsko. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce nalezneme kapitolu Volný čas dětí, mládeže a dospělých. V této kapitole se seznámíme s pojmem volný čas, pedagogickým ovlivňováním volného času, vlivy prostředí, výchovnými činiteli volného času a účastníky volnočasových aktivit. Další kapitola se zabývá zážitkovou pedagogikou. Definuje pojem zážitková pedagogika, zážitkové akce a zájmové činnosti, pedagogické a psychologické principy zážitkové pedagogiky, a blíže se seznámíme s hrou "v dětském světě". V závěru teoretické části práce je kapitola Mikroregion Poličsko a volný čas, která přibližuje informace o mikroregionu a zdejších obcích. Praktická část práce obsahuje rozsáhlou kapitolu Projekt interaktivní naučná stezka Bystré. V kapitole charakterizujeme pojem naučná stezka, seznámíme se s parametry, cíli a jednotlivými stanovišti interaktivní naučné stezky Bystré. Součástí praktické části práce je navržení trasy, turistického značení a informačních tabulí.This bachelor thesis is concerned with leisure time activities in microregion Poličsko. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains a chapter titled The leisure time of children, young people and adults. In this chapter we become acquainted with the term leisure time itself, with the pedagogical approaches intended to influence the leisure time activities, with the influences of the area on the activities mentioned, with the educators and also with possible participants of those activities (children, adults, seniors etc.). The next chapter is concerned with an experiential education. It defines the term experiential education, experiential events and leisure activities, pedagogical and psychological principles of the experiential education and it focuses in more detail on the notion of the game in the world of children. In the final section of the theoretical part of the thesis there is a chapter titled The microregion Poličsko and the leisure time, which provides more detailed information about the microregion and its local municipalities. The practical part includes a chapter titled Project of the interactive educational trail of Bystrá. This chapter characterize the notion of the educational trail and provides the information about the parameters, goals and individual checkpoints of the interactive educational trail of Bystrá. The practical part includes the design of the trail, the design of the trail blazing and the informational boards of the trail.
