Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice poplatkové soustavy České republiky a její charakteristice. Nejdříve se zabývá teoretickým vymezením soustavy poplatků a pojmu poplatek. Hlavní část práce se týká jednotlivých skupin poplatků - poplatků soudních, správních a místních. Dané kapitoly se věnují jejich charakteristice, právní úpravě a výkladu ustanovení zákonů. Dále je do práce začleněna kapitola o ostatních platbách poplatkového charakteru. Poslední kapitola je věnovaná komparaci poplatkové soustavy České a Slovenské republiky.This bachelor thesis engages in the issue of the system of charges in the Czech republic and its characteristic. First it deals with theoretical definitiv of the system of charges and the term charge. The main part of this work is concerned with groups of charges - court charges, administrative charges and local charges. Chapters deals with the characteristic of this charges, legislation and interpretation of laws. The thesis includes also a chapter about the other charges of fees character. The last chapter deals with comparison to the system of charges in the Czech republic and in the Slovak republic.
