Diplomová práce se zabývá instituty kontroly, dohledu a dozoru ve finančním právu v České republice. V první kapitole charakterizuji základní pojmy, kterými jsou finanční právo, kontrola, regulace, dohled a dozor. Vymezuji mezi nimi jejich vzájemné vztahy a upozorňuji na jejich nesystematické používání v legislativě. Dále se zaměřuji na působnost jednotlivých institutů v oblastech finančního práva, zejména nad finančním trhem. Jednotlivé oblasti jsou podrobněji popsány. Následně se zabývám orgány, které v rámci své činnosti mají pravomoc jednotlivé instituty vykonávat. Charakterizuji jejich organizační strukturu a zabývám se způsobem výkonu daných institutů. Podrobněji se věnuji České národní bance. Čtvrtá kapitola rozebírá jednotlivá sankční a nápravná opatření z hlediska jejich právního zakotvení v zákonech. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována orgánům dohledu nad finančním trhem v Evropské unii, neboť ČR, jakožto členský stát, je danými orgány a jejich činností přímo ovlivňována.This thesis deals with the institutions of Control, Supervision and Oversight of Financial law in the Czech republic. In the first chapter I describe the basic concepts, which are Financial law, Control, Supervision and Oversight. I explain their mutual relationship and I point out their unsystematic using in czech legislative. The second chapter focuses on the application of individual institutes in the area of financial law, especially in the financial market. I describe each area in detail. The third chapter deals with the authorities, because they have the power to exercise individual institutes. I characterize their organizational structure and I deal with the method of the performance of the institutions. In the detail I focus on the Czech National Bank. The fourth chapter analyses the various penatlies and corrective measures in terms of their legal enshrinment in law. The final chapter is devoted to the authorities of financial supervision in the European Union, because the Czech republic, as a member state is directly affected by the activities of EU institutions.
