Pro mou bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala téma ,,Autorita učitele", která je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vysvětluje význam slova ,,učitel", zaměřuje se na jeho osobnost, profesní způsobilost, schopnosti a dovednosti. V práci jsou popsány vlastnosti začínajících a profesionálních učitelů a typologie učitelů podle Caselmana, Andersona a Döringa. Poté bude následovat téma autority ve spojitosti s výchovou a osobnosti učitele. Tato část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na klesající úroveň autority současných učitelů a kroků ke zlepšení tohoto stavu. Obsahuje také typy autority, názory učitelů a studentů. Praktická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje výzkumnou práci, z které zjišťujeme odpovědi ţáků k autoritě učitelů formou dotazníků.For my bachelor work I choosed the theme "Authority of the teacher", which is parted in a theoretic and practical section. The theoretical part explains the meaning of the word "teacher", focuses on his personality, professional qualification, capabilities and knowledge. In the work out are described the properties of beginners and experienced teachers, also the kind of teacher after Caselman, Anderson and Döring. After that will follow the theme authority in context with education and the personality of the teacher. This part of my bachelor work is focuses on the decreasing level of the autority contemporary teachers and of the steps to improvement situation. Contains also types of the autority, views of the teacher and students. The practical part of the bachelor work comprises of research work, from which are investigace answers pupils to the authority of teacher of form questionnaires.
