Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rodinou a Montessori pedagogikou, a možnostmi dobrovolnické práce v Montessori škole. Popisuje teorii alternativního školství a pedagogiku Marie Montessori, definuje rodinu a dobrovolnictví. Kvalitativní výzkum analyzuje metodou zakotvené teorie řadu výzkumných otázek, například důvody volby Montessori školy, změnu rodinného života vlivem Montessori pedagogiky, zájem o dobrovolnou spolupráci ze strany školy a rodičů. Hlavním výstupem práce je návrh Profilu dobrovolníka v Montessori škole.This diploma thesis deals family and Montessori Education, and the possibilities of voluntary work in the Montessori school. It describes the theory of Alternative Education and Education of Marie Montessori. It defines the mening of family and volunteering. As qualitative research using grounded theory, this thesis analyses a number research questions, such as the reasons for choosing a Montessori school and how family life changes due Montessori Education. It is also interested in voluntary cooperation between school and parents. The main output of this work is a better understanding of the profile of a volunteer in a Montessori school.
