Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pylových alergií s využitím metody terénního mapování daných alergenních zón (stromy, keře, travnaté plochy, zahrady, pole a neudržované plochy) v zájmovém území města Olomouce. Důležitým prvkem je prostorový charakter rozmístění daných druhů rostlin s jejich alergologickým významem ve vybraných částech města ve vztahu ke koncentraci obyvatel. Vrcholem práce je internetová aplikace pro chytré telefony umožňující získání informací o alergologických poměrech přímo v dané lokalitě.This thesis focuses on the issue of pollen allergies with the use of field mapping of the zones allergens (trees, shrubs, lawns, gardens, fields and unkempt areas) in the area of interest of Olomouc. An important element of the spatial character of the deployment of plant species with their allergy significance in selected parts of the city in relation to the concentration of the population. The highlight of the work is a web application for smart phones allowing obtaining information about allergy conditions within a particular area.
