Byly připraveny palladnaté a platnaté dichlorido a oxalato komplexy se třemi deriváty 4-(benzylamino)thieno-[2,3-d]-pyrimidinu (HLn), a to konkrétně trans-[PdCl2(HLn)2] (1-3), [Pd(ox)(HLn)2] (4-6), cis-[PtCl2(HLn)2] (7-9) a [Pt(ox)(HLn)2] (10-12). Tyto komplexní sloučeniny byly charakterizovány elementární analýzou (C, H, N, S), měřením molární vodivosti, hmotnostní spektrometrií (ESI+, ESI-), IR, Ramanovou a 1H a 13C NMR spektroskopií a termickou analýzou (TG/DTA). U komplexu trans-[PdCl2(HL3)2].2DMF (3-2DMF) byla provedena monokrystalová rentgenová strukturní analýza, která prokázala mírně deformovanou čtvercovou geometrii komplexu a koordinaci organických ligandů (HL3) přes N1 atom pyrimidinového cyklu.The platinum(II) and palladium(II) dichlorido and oxalato complexes of the general formulas trans-[PdCl2(HLn)2] (1-3), [Pd(ox)(HLn)2] (4-6), cis-[PtCl2(HLn)2] (7-9) and [Pt(ox)(HLn)2] (10-12) involving 4-(benzylamino)thieno-[2,3-d]-pyrimidin derivatives (HLn) were prepared and thoroughly characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N, S), molar conductivity measurement, mass spectrometry (ESI+, ESI-), IR, Raman and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and thermal analysis (TG/DTA). The complex trans-[PdCl2(HL3)2].2DMF (3-2DMF) was studied by a single crystal X-ray analysis, which showed a slightly distorted square-planar geometry and coordination of the organic ligands (HL3) via the N1 atom of the pyrimidine cycle.
