Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zjištění, jak je realizovaná sociální práce v terapeutické komunitě, jaké má postavení sociální pracovník a s jakými problémy klientů se sociální pracovník nejčastěji setkává. V teoretické části autorka uvádí stručný přehled informací týkající se drogové závislosti. Stručně popisuje vznik a vývoj terapeutických komunit pro drogově závislé ve světě i u nás. Popisuje techniky a metody sociální práce, které se využívají v terapeutické komunitě. Pro výzkumnou část práce byla zvolena metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, v jehož rámci autorka zjišťovala potřebná data pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky terapeutických komunit. Výsledek zkoumání poslouží jako informační podnět pro zájemce o danou problematiku.This dissertation focuses on finding out of the social work realization way in a therapeutic community, of the social worker status and what are the most frequent clientele problems. The author indicates some brief survey of information on the drug addiction. She gives a concise overview of the formation and development of therapeutic communities both in this country as well as worldwide. She describes technique and methods of social works used in a therapeutic community. The research part of the work is based on the qualitative research method. In the framework of this, the author found out the necessary data via semi-structured interviews with the workers of therapeutic communities. The results of the research will serve as an information impulse for the interested in the issue.
