Práce se na vybraných prózách literatury pro děti a mládež vydaných mezi lety 1949 a 1959 v Československu snaží zmapovat hlavní oblasti komunistické propagandy a jejich zobrazení v literatuře pro děti a mládež. Po teoretickém uvedení do problematiky a situace v literatuře v padesátých letech rozebírá kolektivismus, budovatelství, vlastenectví, vyzdvihování dělníků a horníků vůči upozadění zemědělce, nenávist vůči kapitalismu a válce, boj za mír, kritiku náboženství a postavu pionýra jako hlavního hrdinu příběhů.Thesis identifies main areas of the Communist propaganda in selected works of literature for children and youth released in the period from 1949 to 1959 in Czechoslovakia. After the theoretical introduction to the topic and description of the situation in literature in the fifties we will analyze following topics: collectivism, building the homeland, patriotism, highlighting the workers and the miners against marginalization of the farmers, hatred of capitalism and war, fighting for peace, criticism of religion and the pioneer as the main character of the stories.
