Cílem této práce je lépe porozumět tomu, jak je prožíván výkon alternativních trestů, jak je trestanými hodnocen tento způsob řešení a jaké vnímají přesahy do jejich dalšího života. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část má několik kapitol týkající se hlavních pojmů, jako např.trest, trestný čin apod., Restorativní justice, Alternativních trestů a Probační a mediační služby. Výstupem první fáze je teoretický rámec. V druhé fázi je použita technika kvalitativního výzkumu, polostrukturované interview s pachateli těchto alternativních trestů a její následná analýza. Výsledkem je zodpovězení základních výzkumných otázek.The aim of this work is to better understand how power is experienced alternative sentences as punishable evaluated this way of dealing with and what they perceive overlaps in their next life.
