Tato práce se zabývá vlivem teorie lidové výchovy od Tomáše Trnky a sociologie výchovy Vladimíra Jochmanna na vznik integrální andragogiky. V díle Trnky můžeme spatřit prvopočátky andragogického smýšlení, o kterých je v této práci pojednáno. Důraz je kladen na tvůrčí růst člověka na základě jeho nadání. Toto je komparováno s integrální andragogikou, potažmo se sociologií výchovy. Lidová výchova Tomáše Trnky má jistý pedagogický ráz, ale zahrnuje i přesahy do andragogické vědy, které nám mohou pomoci k lepšímu uchopení integrální andragogiky jako takové.This thesis focuses on the influence of the theory of national education by Tomas Trnka and the educational sociology by Vladimir Jochman in relation to the creation of integral andragogy. In Trnka?s work there can be found the very origins of andragogical thinking which are discussed in this thesis. The main focus is on the man?s creative growth in terms of his talent. This is compared to the internal andragogy, and further to the sociology of education. Trnka?s national education carries certain pedagogical character but it also overlaps into the science of andragogy which can be utilized for a better understanding of integral andragogy itself.
