Tato bakalářská práce podává ucelený náhled na problematiku Achillovy šlachy. Zabývá se patologickými změnami dolních končetin a nepříznivým vlivem na celý pohybový aparát, shrnuje poznatky o anatomii a morfologii šlachy a jejími změnami v procesu stárnutí, či dlouhodobého přetěžování. Shrnuje konzervativní a operační léčbu různými metodami, včetně plastické chirurgie a především možnostmi léčby z pohledu fyzioterapie.This bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive insight into the problems of the Achilles tendon. It deals with the pathological changes of the lower Extremities and the negative impact on the entire musculoskeletal system, it also summarizes the knowledge of anatomy and morphology of the tendon and its changes in the aging process, or long-term overloading. It summarizes the conservative and surgical treatment by a variety of methods, including plastic surgery and primarily treatment options from the physiotherapy perspective.
