Tato magisterská diplomová práce popisuje změnu pracovní skupiny v tým za pomoci metody teambuildingu. První část práce je věnována teambuildingu. Obsah této kapitoly tvoří základní principy a termíny, které jsou s tímto pojmem spojeny. Jedná se především o zážitkové učení, zážitkovou pedagogiku a outdoor trénink. Jsou zmíněny i případy, kdy tato vzdělávací metoda není funkční a též uvedeny příklady, které nemají s touto metodu nic společného, i když v praxi se s nimi velmi často setkáváme. Navazující kapitola je zaměřena na sociální skupiny, pracovní skupiny a hlavní rozdíly mezi pracovní skupinou a týmem. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována týmu. V rámci této kapitoly jsou srovnávány změny charakteristických znaků týmů a pracovních skupin. Jedná se především o role, normy a komunikaci, při jejichž transformaci je možné vytvoření efektivního týmu.This Master thesis describes the change of the working group on the team due to the method of teambuilding. The first part is dedicated to teambuilding. This part consists of the basic principles and terms that are associated with this term. It is about experiential learning, experiential education and outdoor training. They are mentioned cases where this educational method does not work as well as examples that have nothing with this method in common, although in practice they are very often used. The following chapter focuses on social groups, working groups and the main differences between the working group and team. The last chapter is devoted to the team. In this chapter are compared changes of the characteristics of teams and working groups. It is about roles, norms and communication, whose transformation is possible to create an effective team.
